I’ve started a monthly column over at Who Needs Shields, on the basics for Death Knights. It’s called Suffer Well, and the first installment can be found here.

A LFGOGOGO Button?

January 29, 2010 at 7:08 am (Uncategorized)

Over the recent weeks, the discussions going around on the LFD tool, and of over-geared players kicking or leaving in disgust their less well-geared counterparts has given me much to chew over in my mind.  Then, a couple of weeks ago, Brigwyn and Daewyn on the Hunting Lodge Podcast threw out the idea of having a selection a “Badge Run” on the tool.  I responded with an e-mail, stating that if such a button existed, there ought to be an auto-shard, with no gear loot being given for that particular run.  Brig’s initial comment was “Harsh”, but I do believe that he gave the idea some thought.

More Favorite Blogs

January 21, 2010 at 11:36 am (Uncategorized)

News I discovered only the other day – one of my favorite blogs is back from the dead, and my good friend finally got off his butt and launched his.

Diaries of a Marksman Hunter, Nassira’s great hunter blog, has returned.  For hunters of all stripes, but in particular those of us with a MM color, should visit her site on a regular basis.  Good to have you back, Nass!

And, those 3 of you reading this, may well be familiar with Torval, my trusty tree friend and healer.  Well, he also has a bearish side, and will be blogging on Who Needs Shields.  Make sure to bug him for more posts – after all, he has nothing better to do!  (JK bud)
